Team Ice has the highest ranked recruit playing in the game, as its defensive front will feature 5-star lineman Williams Nwaneri. He is a Missouri signee who is the No. 2 player in the 2024 class, per the 247Sports Composite rankings.
Nwaneri, who attends Lee's Summit (Mo.) North High School, is staying in state to play for the Tigers. And he'll get this stage to show what he'll be bringing to Mizzou's defense.
Nwaneri won't be the only top defensive lineman suiting up for Team Ice. There will also be 5-star DL David Stone (No. 9 in the 2024 class, per 247Sports Composite), who is an Oklahoma signee from the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.
At quarterback, Team Ice will have 5-star recruit Julian Sayin, the No. 5 player in the 2024 class (per 247Sports Composite) who is signed to Alabama. He is a 6-foot-1, 195-pound QB from Carlsbad (Calif.) High School.
Sayin's top target in the game could be a fellow Alabama commit. Ryan Williams (No. 12 in 2024 class, per 247Sports Composite) will likely be Team Ice's best wide receiver, and he'll get a chance to work with his future Crimson Tide teammate.
Williams, who attends Saraland (Ala.) High School, hasn't yet signed with Alabama, having not done so during the early signing period.
Another player to watch on Team Ice should be 5-star edge rusher Colin Simmons, a Texas signee out of Duncanville (Texas) High School. The 6-foot-3, 225-pound defensive standout is the No. 13 player in the 2024 class, per 247Sports Composite.
