Marty McLaughlin is the father of Tyler and Marissa. The family patriarch currently serves as the president of McLaughlin Mayflower, as per his LinkedIn profile.
He has held the position since the inception of the company in Jul 1973.
Tyler revealed his father was a very busy man and worked many hours a week in an interview with New Hampshire Magazine. He owns the transportation company McLaughlin Transportation Systems, a Mayflower transport agent.
Marissa shared an Instagram post to wish Marty Father's Day in June 2022, she shared a carousel of images with her social media followers to mark the occasion. She also shared a single image of Marty in April 2016 with a caption that read, "My dad is a boss."
However, the siblings have not shared much about their mother on the internet yet. Marissa shares family pictures on the internet frequently where their mother is also seen but Marissa does not provide much detail on her mother.
Nevertheless, the family of four appears to be tightly knit and often celebrate holidays together and go for outings frequently.
