The Tennessee Titans currently own the No. 2 overall pick in the 2015 NFL draft. They have reportedly heard from multiple teams interested in trading for it.

Eagles Reportedly Made Mega Offer for Mariota
Thursday, April 30
Ian Rapoport of NFL.com passed along his thoughts on the chase for Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota: "It’s pretty clear the Eagles are being the most aggressive in pursuit of the No. 2 pick from the Titans. Players, picks, cheesesteaks, etc."
He later provided the specifics on an offer the Eagles made:
Ian Rapoport @RapSheetWhat package are #Eagles talking about to go to No. 1 or No. 2? Two 1st rounders, a 3rd rounder, Fletcher Cox, Boykin, Kendricks, more. Wow.
Browns GM Won't Be Pressured into Deal
Thursday, April 30
Jeremy Fowler of ESPN spoke to Cleveland Browns general manager Ray Farmer, who said that his team won't be pressured into making a deal in order to draft Mariota:
Farmer said there's plenty of 'smoke' and 'fodder' out there and to not believe it, but is non-committal when asked what to believe.
Farmer’s staff has been on the phone with opposing teams and is expected to remain active before the draft starts.
The Browns are not comfortable with giving up three first-round picks for Marcus Mariota or any other player, according to a source. Tennessee, which holds the No. 2 overall pick, could require at least three first-round picks to make a trade happen.
According to ESPN's Pat McManamon, a source claimed on Wednesday that the Browns were interested in trading up to draft the Oregon quarterback, offering the 12th and 19th overall picks in exchange for Tennessee's No. 2 overall selection.
In a case of classic draft misdirection, smokescreen or whatever term one prefers, ESPN's Paul Kuharsky cited a Titans source who suggests the Browns hadn't made an offer for the pick.
Bears Reportedly Interested in Titans' Pick, Mariota
Thursday, April 30
Rapoport highlighted the Bears as one team "that has talked to the Titans about No. 2 and Mariota," via Kevin Fishbain of ChicagoFootball.com, who also provided the video clip:

Although later in the day, ESPN's Bob Holtzman reported that the Titans aren't interested in Jay Cutler, via ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Report: Multiple Teams Inquiring About Titans' No. 2 Pick
Thursday, April 30
Titans general manager Ruston Webster told ESPN's Bob Holtzman that several franchises have reached out about trading for the team's No. 2 overall draft pick:
bob holtzman @Bob_HoltzmanTitans GM Webster told me he is talking to 3-4 teams about #2 pick...some talks "fairly substantial". Wants to stay in top half of RD 1.
ESPN.com noted the New York Jets and St. Louis Rams as a couple of the main suitors.
According to Fox Sports' Jay Glazer, the Titans are asking for "a huge value" in any potential trade involving the second overall pick. ESPN's Sal Paolantonio added a bit of hyperbole when talking about how much the Titans are looking for in a trade, per Evan Silva of Rotoworld:
Evan Silva @evansilvaPer ESPN's Sal Paolantonio, #Titans are asking for "the son, moon & the stars" for the No. 2 pick, and "time is running out" for #Eagles.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on April 29 that teams have asked Tennessee what it will take to give up its premium draft asset:
Adam Schefter @AdamSchefterHere we go: Titans have gotten calls from multiple teams inquiring about what it will take to trade for 2nd overall pick, per league source.
Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman reported that the asking price could be quite steep:
mike freeman @mikefreemanNFLOne team executive tells me the Titans were asking for THREE No. 1s for second pick. He laughed. Belly laughed, actually.
This scenario is just one compelling possibility leading up to Thursday's first round. Bleacher Report's Jason Cole previously reported that Tennessee head coach Ken Whisenhunt is interested in reuniting with Philip Rivers through a prospective trade with the San Diego Chargers.
It's anyone's guess as to what the Titans might do. They can ask for a king's ransom if any team is willing to move up to choose a franchise quarterback.
But Tennessee will invite plenty of scrutiny if it passes on the chance to take Mariota or Jameis Winston with its current pick. The Titans have Zach Mettenberger on the roster, but the 2014 sixth-round draft choice is far from a guarantee to be the team's long-term answer under center.
