Personal Statement
My passion for soccer goes beyond the playing field, as I continue to train and develop my skills in my own time. Ever since I was a young girl, I have loved playing the beautiful game and I cannot imagine my life without it. The pre-game rituals, the post-game celebrations, and anticipation and excitement before a game all play a role in why I admire it so much. Furthermore, I work very hard academically to be in high classes and get good grades, as I am on High Honor Roll and have been all throughout high school. I always continue to make sure that I manage my time well to ensure that I am able to succeed academically and athletically. I am able to adapt to any position that I am needed. I would like to play at a school that challenges me, not only in soccer, but in their academics also.
