Charles Lee Dixon, Jr. , known as “Cezar”, left us on February 11, 2019. He fought a good fight and finished his course. Charles was born in Cranston, RI on April 14, 1975 to the late Charles and Macey Dixon. Charles received his spiritual learning at an early age at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Though he no longer attended, he knew the bible and could tell you about God.
