This one might be cheating a little bit because Stephon Marbury is no longer in the league. But the "Star 3" tattoo on the side of Starbury's head is terrible.
Marbury has a number of tattoos, many of which could make the list, but because he's not in the league, we don't see them because he doesn't wear a uniform anymore. But even with the retirement shirt and tie, there is no hiding the disaster on Marbury's head.
