On Thursday, August 19, 2022, our Heavenly Father called our precious mother, grandmother, auntie, niece, cousin, godmother and friend, Joyce Ernestine Nobles Rodwell home to her eternal rest. Joyce was born on September 4, 1941, in Norfolk, Virginia to the late James E.
