John Cena hasn't wrestled since November, but he's reportedly holding out hope that he will be able to compete at the biggest event of the year.
During an appearance on ESPN's First Take on Wednesday, Cena said he's "crossing my fingers" for a possible match at WrestleMania 40.

The last time Cena was in a WWE ring, he suffered a brutal loss at the hands of Solo Sikoa at the Crown Jewel premium live event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. After the match, he soaked up the adulation from the crowd, leading to some speculation that he possibly wrestled his last match.
Since then, Cena has returned to Hollywood to complete his film projects.
Cena wrestled Austin Theory at WrestleMania 39 for the United States Championship and lost, so perhaps he would like to have his last WrestleMania match end on a higher note.
WrestleMania 40 is quickly approaching on April 6-7, so time is running out for Cena to find his opponent for the marquee event.
