TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The murder trial of Brigadier J a.k.a. Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat will start at South Jakarta District Court today, October 17, with defendants Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, and three others. The indictment dossier that Tempo had seen stated that one of the defendants, Kuat Ma'ruf, was carrying a knife during the murder execution.

The indictment file against Putri Candrawathi stated that shortly before Brigadier J's murder was carried out on July 8 at Duren Tiga, the official residence of Ferdy Sambo, Kuat Ma'ruf called Ricky Rizal Wibowo and Yosua to come into the house. Kuat Ma'ruf also entered the house to escort Yosua, taking him to Ferdy Sambo and Richard.

"At that time, Kuat Ma'ruf had a knife in his sling bag in case of resistance from Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat," the indictment said.

Once they were in the living room near the dining table, Ferdy Sambo came face to face with Yosua. Ferdy Sambo immediately grabbed the back of Yosua's neck and pushed him forward so that Yosua was positioned right in front of the stairs, facing Ferdy. Richard was standing on the right side of Ferdy, while Kuat Ma'ruf stood behind Ferdy.

On the other side, Ricky Rizal stood guard behind Richard in case Yosua fought back. Meanwhile, Putri Candrawathi was in the main bedroom approximately 3 meters from where Yosua was standing.

"Ferdy Sambo then ordered Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat to squat," the indictment said. Yosua raised both of his hands in defense mode, asking what was going on.

Ferdy Sambo then, in a loud voice, told Richard Eliezer "Hey, you! Shoot! Hurry up and shoot!"
