Personal Statement
I am a 6' 180lb. senior at Kailua High School in Hawaii. I started my football career on the junior varsity team as a wide reciever, kicker, and punter my freshman year. I closed my junior varsity years as a sophmore with the schools Best Offensive Player award. I played 2 years of varsity football thereafter and closed my senior season currently leading the state of Hawaii with 922 rec yards in 9 games and 102.4 ypg. I am also an all-state candidate this year. I currently hold a cummalative 3.4 GPA with goals of graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors.
I hope to enroll with a university in the field of enginnering while furthering my athletic career. Financial assistance is a primary objective for me in my selection process because of the fact of growing up in a large family. I do not have a geographical preference because having options is a key factor in success. Ideally, a program in which I can make a large contribution early in my career would be a great fit.
