Personal Statement
Going into my junior year I feel I have grown both as an athlete and student in regards to my focus and patience. I have witnessed what I strive to be both as a leader, student, and person in general growing closer to adulthood. I have had great experiences with my high school hockey team and with the training coaches and camp coaches that have impressed upon me the values of character, team work, and drive.
My collegiate goals are to obtain a four year degree in criminal justice, and prosper in my academics as well as athletics. I feel that I am a strong skater who is very active and aggressive in front of the net as well as behind. I see the whole game ahead of me; make good decisions and strong passes. I also have a hard snapshot as well as a strong wrist shot, I am also very physical and bring it all to each and every game. I have good character and I am very respectful. I am strong minded, I don't give up. I am very excited to continue to grow both in my game play and my education.
